I heard it was 2iu. No 10iu. Wait 16iu. No idea. No one ever tells. But we do know, it’s probably A LOT!

Most of them 6-9 if they’re smart.

Met an Olympian who did 10iu a day. I’ve seen Olympian levels do as low as 4iu a day.

I’ve heard stories of 17iu a day which is a whole Serostim bottle.

Something we will never know or what they all truly do. In their defense, they’re competitive and want to keep the secrets to themselves I guess lol. It is probably individual dependent too.

Most gurus value the health of the client and know if they get sick and get side effects they’ll be a worse competitor. Believe it or not 4-6 iu Pharma will easily do the trick for most pros while not causing unwanted sides.
