New split, started yesterday

I’ve never kept a strict training schedule, just worked what I felt needed to be worked. I’m trying to keep it to 2 exercises per body part but 6 sets, higher reps. Looks like this…

Monday - quads/abs/back
Tuesday - chest/abs/triceps
Wednesday - hams/lower back/abs
Thursday - shoulder/triceps/abs
Friday - squats/abs/biceps

Gonna fine tune as I go.

Holy Christmas, This looks intense. My abs are screaming for you. Do you mind if I ask what makes you create your training schedule like this? Why not give each day a target body part if that makes sense. Im curious, but good shit

I use push pull with Beast mode 15,12,8,8,12,15

I lift one then cardio next day . Always take Sunday off

Abs only on cardio days

For years I’ve done the one body part a day thing. I’m doing legs three days a week but going “light” Mon/wed and squats/heavy press before the weekend. I want to grow legs this year. I may shift things around over the next couple weeks, I’m getting old… lol.
