Ok Steroids.is here we go. Thanks to the mods for making a public female section as well as a private one for the ladies.

The wifey has 2 shows planned in May and June. I don’t know how many remember the log I had for her over on BOP but she came a long way and finished with 2-2nds 2-3rd and a 4th in her first show ever.

She’s getting ready to come off of her bulk in the next few weeks and it is insane how lean she is already. I have some photos to edit and I’ll get them up here today. Stay tuned

I’ve always wondered how female cycles were constructed and what compounds they run. In for the ride! Nice starting point as well keep up the hard work!

Female cycles can be relatively conservative or incredibly extreme from what I’ve seen on the pro level. I’m excited to see your approach. I have my theory of ideal cycles for figure athletes so I’m interested to see what you guys do.

Checks in tomorrow with pics. We went to a pre arnold
Meet and greet Thursday. Saw flex wheeler and talked to jay cutler. Was kind of cool. No spring show for her. End of may and beginning of june. Maybe october depending on how she physically feels

5mg Ment daily (Dont judge, its her choice. i asked repeatedly if she was sure she wanted to try it and she is aware of the sides. Just finished 3rd full week. Strength is nuts right now.)

This past week was a stressful week for us. Dont want to go into details but were getting through it. Meals were missed and cheatdays happened. Have 3 months to kick it into high gear

Sorry DWBO been busy with work and kids’ ball. Yes full muscles after cheat days. No real hunger pains. He kept her calories up. Strength was insane. Benched 185x1, repped 315 in dead and squatted 315. Came off the ment last week. Starting to reduce calories. Ill try and post pics tthis weekend. As far as peptides for females i dont know.
