Are Fish Oils okay to take on Cutting Session ?
I would purposely reduce the calories needed in order to fit the fish oil or omega 3 source of choice, that’s how beneficial omega 3 fatty acids are for your health and function. Blood thinning, inflammation reduction, healthy lipid profile, cognitive function, all things your body benefits from with them in your diet. I hope this helps you.
